Absolutely beautiful! The view is breath taking from every room! There was an error in our reservation and the manager went above and beyond to fix the problem make our stay extraordinary. BEWARE... from our suite to the hotel "exit" there was 102 stairs! Every day was a workout but totally worth it!!

This place was so beautiful! My friend and I were travelling around Greece and Croatia when our travel agent suggested staying in one place that wasn't a backpackers/hostel. We weren't disappointed! The staff were very friendly, an even the staff that walk past your room everyday from other nearby hotels were lovely aswell. Would defiantly recommend staying here. The views... More

The hotel is small and there are many steps between the top and bottom sections. Our room was no 112, it had a large shared balcony with probably one of the best views of the Caldera. Enjoyed watching the fantastic sunsets from here with a glass of wine. Just below the balcony local weddings take place against the backdrop of... More

Stayed here in September of this year.....and WOW!! Those views!! From the location just a few steps away from a walkway containing your general shops for snacks, coffee shops and other small café type places to beautiful restaurants and bars with the views of the Caldera!! As well as many places offering excursions for boats to view the hot springs... More

Cliff Side Suites basically delivered on what we were looking for during our two nights on Santorini. Spectacular view. Our room was really really spacious. The bathroom was roomy too, and clean. Just know that the lighting is relatively minimal; if you are on the north side of 45 like me, you may find it a challenge to your eyesight... More

Our experience in Santorini wasn't quite what we had hoped for whilst getting excited when planning our honeymoon with our Travel Agent. We were left feeling completely ripped off for the $$ we spent each night staying there and dissatisfied with the room in comparison to the way it is marketed on their website and our Travel Agents. When we... More

We booked a 4 night stay through travel agent and were supposed to get a superior room In a superior hotel. Our room was so small we had one case on shelf and the other had to be put on the bed to open!! We did manage to change rooms after 2 nights but then got an apartment!!!!! The pool... More

My husband and I were travelling with another couple and inspite of requesting superior accommodation the rooms we were allocated were less than equal to a 3 star Australian motel. Our room was dark and dingy, we had twin beds, and the bathroom hardly big enough to turn around in. The lighting was appalling. There is no infinity pool as... More

We chose this hotel due to it's location and views. We loved the area as it was much quieter than thira yet you could walk there in 10-15 mins. The views are breathtaking - every room had an amazing view. Breakfast was great we went for 1 week and never got bored. Lots of lovely restaurants right on your doorstep.... More

What a perfect setting! Our suite (115) had its own terrace with table, chairs, and deck chairs/loungers, with a perfect view of the Caldera and sunsets. Lovely simple decoration in the rooms, after all they are supposed to be cave dwelling style. If we had to be fussy, the lighting in the bathroom was a little low level, but it... More
