This property is perfectly located being central to everything. Views are to die for. Valerie is a great hostess, welcoming, friendly and attentive. When the regular laundry service people failed to deliver our clothes in time for our departure, she took it upon herself to make sure that we had clean clothes to take away with us. One thing the... On our first visit to Santorini our family of four adults stayed in the 2 bedroom unit for 4 nights. We were met by Valerie and a valet to carry our bags down 25 steps to the villa. There is a significant "wow" factor at the first glimpse of the view of the caldera side. Complementary wine and fresh fruits... More

My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights, we were blown away at the awesome outdoor jacuzzi that overlooked the ocean and the sunset! This was probably the best part of the hotel. Valerie was very lovely and accommodating, she helped us with restaurant recommendations and tour bookings and made our stay pretty much hassle free. The only reasons... More

We enjoyed our stay here, however there was nothing to really to rave about. The room was clean with a good view. I think that it was overpriced for the quality. Overall, if I came back I would see what else was around in the price range. I would recommend it, but there are many other places around that are... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in the studio. The photos you see online truly reflect the location. It's only about 25 steps down to reach the hotel. Highly rated restaurants are within the vicinity, including Pirouni and Ginger Sushi Lounge. We got here by transfer, arranged by Valerie, at 10 Euros per person. She welcomed us upon arrival and... Our family of four stayed in the apartment, which was roomy and comfortable - a great amount of space to spread out. The breathtaking view is right over the caldera, and the charming town is just up a short flight of stairs. Valerie was most helpful in arranging outings, including a wonderful sunset catamaran cruise and a day spent with... More

I have been to Santorini more than 5 times. It was the first time I stayed in Firostefani and the best I must say! Not too many stares to reach. The views were stunning over the caldera. Excellent location near the town, just 10-15 minutes walk along the cliffs to Fira. Valerie was very helpful. We were 2 couples, so... More

We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa for four nights with our two children 10, and 12, in July 2014. We absolutely loved our stay there, the views were stunning over the caldera, indescribably beautiful. The kids adored the jacuzzi and it also had incredible views. Valerie was incredibly helpful, recommending fantastic restaurants and there if we needed anything. She... More

We stayed in the "studio", the smallest of the three units, which was relatively reasonably priced for a room on the "Caldera" part of Santorini, but still way more expensive than all other hotels on our Greece trip. Maybe this, together with the "luxury" descriptions had set our expectations to high, but we were a little disappointed: The room was... More

Great view from the patio. Valerie, the manager was very nice and helpful. Not too many stairs to the top. However, we stayed in the one bedroom unit and it was a bit noisy. The one bedroom sticks out somewhat and the location is in a central area, therefore, there are lots of people walking by constantly that say 'hi'... More
