This hotel is almost like a country house in a town centre. Our room was lovely and the view was super especially the snow. The house decor was very clean and owner courteous. Things were a bit dated, not in a good way. I have never experienced rough terry towel sheets since I put them in my son's cot!!! And... More

We went to explore the area for a few days before we move to Fallingbostel next year. This hotel pension is immaculate with good size rooms that are spotlessly clean. There is a good indoor swimming pool and sauna. Very friendly hosts and staff. There is an honesty bar where you can select drinks to take to your room. Lovely... More

Amazing time in the hotel; we had an amazing apartment which allowed enough room for our dog. The owners are very friendly and the breakfast was lovely nice variety and well presented. An added extra is the swimming pool and the sauna which are great! I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone!!

If you read several of these reviews you'll find a pattern. Broadly, people have to work hard to find anything negative. Mattresses are soft. The proprietors are helpful, friendly - even though their son hasn't started sleeping much yet - the sauna and swimming pool are superb, breakfast is great, country views are great, value for money is brilliant. The title says it all. Extremely friendly and hospitable staff. Nice, clean and cozy rooms. Comes with free WiFi on the room. Only room for improvement would be the mattresses - they are on the soft side. Will definitely come back
