The Hotel is far away from the City Center. You can manage this with Train (two-to Saint Lazare then to the Other Centers). The Hotel is located at at very safe (Near the Police Station) area. The area can be defined as high society urban district. The Hotel is well decorated (specially the last floor), Clean, and safe.
