We were pre booked into this hotel because it was ideal for our bike tour being right on the banks of the Danube next to the bike path. Of all the hotels we stayed in in Austria over two weeks this was the worst. The young receptionist greeted us warmly but then disappeared . The room was well decorated but... More

We pre booked our stay in Tulln because it seemed a good location as we planned our bicycle route. This was a convenient stay, distance-wise from where we stayed before and our intended next destination, which was Vienna. The hotel is attractive. The breakfast was quite good and the girl who worked in the restaurant was very accommodating. The not-so-great... More

Arrived dripping wet, as down a bike tour to Vienna. Despite looking like I was drowned, I was given a warm welcome, a cappuccino and shown to my room by the owner. The rooms was very comfortable, just a moments walk from the Danube. Huge, comfortable bed, free wifi, a great shower to clean up in. Breakfast was the best... More

Very nice hotel directly on the banks of the Danube. Friendly staff, especially the waitress in the morning, excellent breakfast, very quiet rooms, nice bathroom. Nice double beds with great mattress for a good night sleep. I liked it. Coming from Switzerland on a business trip I thought that the price was ok for the room. In addition, Tulln is... More

Booked this hotel as part of an organised cycle tour of the Danube. On first view the hotel looked great but the room was a little disappointing. Rather sleepy staff and wifi only available (with difficulty) in the lounge area. It was supposed to be 4 star standard but this was only 2 star at best. Bathroom cleanliness left a... More

The hotel could really be a lot better given its excellent location on the banks of the Danube. Our room was ok and yet again we had the balcony room. It was ok, but could have been cleaner and certainly the balcony needed a good clean Wifi in the hotel was only available in the lobby and even then if... More

Located behind the levy on the banks of the Danube, so near the Danube but you can't actually see the river from the hotel. The staff were very mixed. One young man who was probably the rudest person we have ever encountered in a hotel, but in the morning two delightful waitresses at breakfast. Room was rather dated with no... More

The hotel is located right next to the Danube, a short distance before the railway bridge. Our room was a good size, possibly the largest of the various places we stayed on our Danube cycling. Strangely the bathroom was quite small with a kidney shaped bath with shower head, and a toilet squeezed into one corner. Like most Austrian hotels... More

I have experience with double-room (others were full) so there was a lot of space for one person. Everything was OK, only the heavy curtains weren't suitable for the heating, they covered it completely. The breakfast offer was slightly above standard I think. There were problems with booking and check-in: the stay details of me and my colleagues were recorded... More
