Booked hotel over the internet based on other reviews. Initially e mailed hotel, gave dates of arrival and departure and was given a price for half board for our full stay. When we booked out we were charged extra for the pleasure of Christmas day and New Year Eve. Totally unacceptable as the price quoted included these days and no... more
