I just stayed at this hotel last month and had so much fun! It was our girls get away for the year. I have stayed at the same hotel with my boyfriend in the past. I love it and it is so affordable, beautiful, and relaxing. I would reccomend this hotel to family and friends. We booked again for next... More

I could not rave more about Casa MarBella. The rooms were beautiful and so were the views. The owners Stephanie and Jim were very sweet and helpful. The beach is just a short walk down the hill or you could just stay and lounge by the infinity edge pool. There are a lot of outdoor activities to keep you busy.... More

Casa MarBella was everything we hoped it would be and more. We awoke every morning to the sound of the ocean and a vista of paradise; the perfect combination of mountain and ocean. Being up on the mountainside eliminates the dust from the road below and cools with its breezes. We stayed in the two bedroom suite which has a... More

Casa Marbella has the finest accomodations, fantastic and affordable fishing, great pacific waves and sunsets, many outdoor adventures and so much more in this wonderful beachside community. We went fishing on our first day and by 10am had more tuna and mahi mahi than we could eat all week. Picked up some rice and beans from Ronnie's and fed all... More

My girlfriend and I had an amazing adventure in Costa Rica and our homebase was Casa Marbella. We enjoyed breathtaking views from our balcony and appreciated the modern and simple finishes of the hotel. Jim and Stephanie are amazing hosts and they have a great staff (thanks Roger). The area is packed with tasty little restaurants that reflect the mix... More

Very clean, fantastic views of the Pacific, owners on site and quite helpful. Altogether a great stay in Santa Teresa. Beware, of the treacherous little uphill gravel road to the hotel....it's steep and dusty. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the beach, so if you're looking for "toes in the sand" this isn't the place. Aside from that,... More

My boyfriend and I stayed at Casa Marbella for four nights during our stay in Santa Teresa/Mal Pais, and it was perfect. We took surf lessons from Jim - he was a great instructor! We also rented their ATV to explore the area more. Both Jim and Stephanie were great hosts. The view from the house is wonderful and the... More

The hotel is beautiful, perched on top of a hill near all ammenities. Jim and Stephanie were great hosts, answering all of our questions, suggesting activities and making sure we were... More

Our family of 8 adults spent a wonderful week at Casa Marbella. It was a beautiful location high above the main street, with ocean view, a lovely pool and hot tub, comfortable spotless rooms, plainly but tastefully furnished, with accommodations for only about 16 guests and the owners. The owners couldn';t have been more charming and helpful - e.g. when... More

I cannot say enough good things about Casa Marbella and the wonderful hosts Jim and Stephanie. They were extremely helpful in helping to arrange tours and atvs, and were readily available whenever we had questions. The property is gorgeous and convenient to everything you might need. We had the 3 bedroom condo for a week with friends and it was... More
