I'm long overdue on this review since we stayed at Red Palms in early September, but we haven't stopped talking about it since. We stayed here on our honeymoon and it was everything we were looking for. We picked this place because we wanted something a little off the beaten path (not all inclusive, large hotel), but we also didn't... more

We went to Santa Teresa in the end of September (which is apparently the low of the low season, but for us was very dry with almost no rain). We were originally planning on renting one of the luxury suites (supposedly also very nice, although we did not see them), but due to the low traffic, Mike, the owner was... more

Red Palm Villas This place is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach. The best part of the RPV is the seclusion that comes with it. Our villa was perfect for the trip we had set up. My husband and I, along with two other friends, stayed here for four nights and we all loved falling asleep in the hammocks... more

After spending 10 nights at the Red Palm Villas for our honeymoon in July, I owe the owners, Mike & Jess, his staff and his wonderful family an outstanding review. Words can not describe how exceptional and special the villas and property are at RPV. Located just 50 steps from a spectacular beach and covered by the shade of almond... more

The Red Palm was our first stop on our trip to Costa Rica. It was where we got married and the experience was absolutely perfect. We stayed in the Honeymoon Villa which was designed and built to perfection. Every detail was well thought out, not to mention it's about 50' from the beautiful beach. Mike, the owner, and his staff... more

We just returned from an ideal honeymoon at the Red Palm Villas! (See attached photos). The proprietors, Mike and Jessica and all the staff couldn't have been more helpful in assisting us in every way...and the resident dogs kept us company on our walks along the amazing stretch of beach outside our villa where surfers of all levels tested their... more

The Red Palm Villas was exactly what we were looking for! The staff and owner Mike were all very nice and the grounds were beautiful!!! Not only is the property private and secluded, but it is a short beach walk to Suck Rock and Town. We had the beach all to ourselves and it could not have been more perfect!!!!... more

Not sure what I can say that hasn't been already mentioned in the reviews below, but I will try my best. I must have explored no fewer than a dozen establishments along the coast before deciding upon Red Palm Villas. Mike and the staff were extremely helpful, the facilities immaculate, and the beach heavenly. The drive from SJO was amazing... more

After staying at Red Palm Villas and exploring Santa Teresa, surrounding towns, and many of the accommodations in these areas, we couldn't have been more fortuitous in our pick to stay with Jessie and Mike at Red Palm. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it far exceeded our expectations. The Hummingbird Villa was beautifully interesting, spacious,... more

The Red Palm Villas are beautiful. We stayed in the Hummingbird villa and the attention to detail in the construction is really an accomplishment. These are by far the most beautiful accommodations in Santa Teresa. The location is also gorgeous, and is right in front of the best surf break in the area (suck rock). It's ideal. Of course, you... more
