We stayed at the house located at Santa Teresa Surf Camp. If you are expecting bare bones with a great view and location, then this is OK. One shower didn't have any hot water, one had a trickle of hot water, the day we left the water system completely failed. The beds are old, sag, with worn sheets, and lumpy pillows. There are some chairs and dinning table outside, but none inside. The air conditioning consisted of a small unit which kept the kitchen about 10 degrees cooler than the outside temp. The highlight was the small pool, it was kept clean, and was refreshing in the middle of the day. The surfing is uncrowded and right out your door. The landscaping was well done. Don't pay too much for this house, it is bare bones. if the price was right then this would be ok. The cabins are very bare bones at this surf camp, for $30 a night they are ok. The full kitchen consisted of a hot plate, one fork, some pans. there are lots of resturants to walk to.
