Our March, 2015 week-long stay at Surf Vista Villas in Santa Teresa was everything we hoped for and more. Our upstairs villa, with it's huge balconies, deck swings and hammocks overlooking the jungle and the ocean, tons of natural light, windows and doors, was paradise. The villa was clean, comfortable, with AC available (we didn't use it at all), a... More

What can I say? First of all Santa Teresa is a lovely spot for anyone looking for a nice vibe and friendly people. SVV was the absolute top of the places we stayed at during our 10 days at the peninsula, not only because of it´s elevated position (it is a really steep hill which takes 6 minutes and a... More

Our stay at Santa Teresa Surf Villas was very good. The property is located up the steepest and longest driveway/ road so a 4wd or suv is a must. To get in and around town and to the beach you will also need a car as there is not a lot within walking distance. Because of the seclusion of this... More

We stayed here for a week in Mach 2014 and it was an amazing place to stay. It felt very secluded and we had a view of the ocean. The only downside is that it was quite a walk down the hill to town, so we had to rely on our car more than I would have liked to. Otherwise... More

The lady and I were very happy that we stayed here. I'm sure as a lot of people have said, the views/sunsets are b-e-a-utiful. I don't know how many places in the Nicoloya could have it beat. I'd highly recommend a car or ATV while staying here (it's probably a must). If you're thinking you don't want to stay here... More

I travelled here with 3 other friends. One couple and 2 singles. We stayed in a villa that had 3 queen sized beds in one big open room. The inside of the villas were clean, cozy and comfortable. But we spent very little time inside. The highlight of this place is he massive deck where the kitchen and dining table... More

Surf Vista Villas is a gorgeous house with multiple apartments located up on the mountain which ensures the best viewing of the gorgeous Santa Teresa sunsets and sunrises. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and you are minutes from the town and beach and everything you need. I would recommend an atv or truck as the driveway is... More

We went to Surf Vista Villas in January 2015. The villa we had was absolutely amazing. The view was also incredible! Andy was really nice and even help us to extend our stay in Santa Teresa. We will certainly go back! Thanks again! Juan and Veronique

Located in the cliff up to the beach (you need a quad, a 4x4 or a Moto to get there) in the middle of a jungle with an outstanding ocean view, surf vista villa is definitely a great option. Andy is really cool and have a lot of surf board to rent. The roof top apartment is absolutely amazing. Great... More

We went to Costa Rica for our honeymoon with the intention of surfing every day. We decided to book with Andy for 2 weeks in a leap of faith, and we're so glad we did! The villa is up above all the noise of the road, making it an absolute heaven for afternoon siestas in the hammock. Andy had a... More
