The cabanas are very cute and cozy. It is right by the beach. The host is very thoughtful and has furnished the room with books, games, plates and things to make our stay comfortable. The beach is quiet like a private one. The price was a bit over our budget but we really like the place so we stayed longer... More

We were directed to stay here by our taxi driver who we met at Hopkins junction. We were going to stay somewhere else that he did not recommend and drove us to Tricia. She took pity on us and let us stay despite having no reservation! We had to switch rooms in the middle of our stay because of guests... More

Being a guest at Tipple Tree was like coming home. The owners are delightfully hospitable and offer bikes and kyaks to rent and great advice on cool things to do in the area. We saw dolphins and watched manatees just of shore and awe inspiring sunrises. An the rates are super affordable. We had a mini-fridge and a nice view... More

We spent three days at Tipple Tree Beya and it was very nice. We booked the cabana, all in wood without glass windows. Of course, it can be noisy, even more during the rainy season in the middle of the night, but isn't it what we are looking for when we travel in such places... a kind of adventure? Tricia,... More

After going to caye caulker and san ignacio, this was a great way to end our trip. The location is great. Right between the north and south parts of the village. Plenty of restaurants and a grocery very close. Your front yard is the beach with chairs in the sand to enjoy a book and a cold Belikin or you... More

We arrived to Hopkins in super low season and were having a hard time finding anyone at the inns we were hoping to stay at. We got a calling card and called the number on the Tippel Tree door, and we caught Trish as she got off of the airplane from England. She generously offered to put us up even... More

We lucked out booking here. We were trying to book a Tipple Tree room but they were full so owner Trish suggested the apartments she's managing next store. The apartments were a bit more than we had budgeted for but we're glad we splurged -- the Almond apartment was well worth the price and is probably the coziest spot on... More

The wooden built cabana's at Tipple Tree Beya are situated in a great position with a lovely outlook over a beautifully maintained beach area to the ocean. We stayed in Room 3 and found the facilities very good. The room has a decent sized fridge and an array of useful bowls, plates, cutlery, bottle opener etc. So it's ideal for... More

We stayed in the private cabana for several days and loved it. Tricia was super helpful with info about snorkeling trips and various other local tips. The location was great. Far enough away from the noise of the main intersection area, but close enough to walk around (less than 10 min). Having the basic kitchen (fridge and coffee) was useful... More

This was the first place we stayed in Belize, and it is wonderful. We stayed in the Almond Apartment which has a nice kitchen, great sized room, hot showers, and your own balcony. The sunrises from the hammock on your balcony are unbelievable. Tricia was fantastic, very nice and helpful. The location is great. You are close to restaurants, bicycle... More
