By chance, we happened to stay here for a few days. It was a wonderful experience. As other posters have noted, the staff is very friendly and approachable. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. The room we had was one of the larger rooms with a queen sized bed, futon, and kitchen w/microwave and sink. The staff even supplied... more

Overall, we had a great experience with Parrot Cove. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious, fresh, and hot, every time. However, I would suggest asking about construction when you book. We showed up to the rooms we booked and there was a huge construction site right next door, arms reach. They upgraded us to... more

Stayed at Parrot Cove for over 1 week. It was fantastic. The staff was friendly and courteous. The Chef was top notch. Could match any chef in america. Staying on the beach was a nice and peaceful time. The breakfasts were a great time to relax. Fresh cut coconuts everyday were a real joy. Plan to go back in 08. more

We arrived at the local airport in Dangriga and was warmly met by Andrew from the Lodge. He drove us to Parrot Cove and talked with us all the way, answering many of our questions. If you're looking for an attractive alternative to the mega resorts, this is it! Check-in and check-out took all of 5 minutes; no mountains of... more

My boyfriend and I stayed at Parrot Cove for a week during the winter holidays. Having read the reviews here I was expecting a VERY basic room, so I was pleasantly surprised to see something aesthetically pleasing when we arrived. We stayed in the lower level of the Jude Beach House for the first part of the week and moved... more

My wife and I, along with our daughter and son-in-law rented the 2 level Jude Beach House for a 7night stay. The lodging was great in every respect. Everyone was extremely friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. The restaurant served very good meals and even cooked and served our own fish freshly caught that day. We... more

My husband & I stayed at the Parrot Cove Lodge from Sat.May5 to Sat.May 13th. This is our 3rd trip to Belize and the Hopkins area. We booked one of the standard rooms and arrived around 2pm. When we pulled up and got out of the vehicle I thought, "Oh no", there were tons of people there, I mean the... more

My boyfriend and I spent 3 nights at the Parrot Cove Lodge and loved it! We rented a car in Belize City and drove there ourselves, which was an adventure in itself. The roads are bad in some places and some of the signs leaving the airport weren’t clearly marked. I would recommend taking a plane to Dangeria and having... more

This is a small, cozy resort located on a beautiful stretch of beach. The accomodations were clean, the staff friendly, and the food was so good we never wanted to venture anywhere else for a meal. The management took care of arranging all of our activities for us, from reef fishing, snorkeling and visiting the maya ruins. We were thoroughly... more

My girlfriend and I just spent 10 days at Parrot Cove Lodge. We got back to Canada on January 7th. We loved it, the people are the friendliest people we have ever met. The food at the Parrott Cove Lodge was outstanding, the service was great but a little slow at times but what is your rush, you are on... more
