Lovely location with it's own beach access. Street markets just outside, so it is well located. Well built and has been a great hotel in it's time. Maintenance and face lifts seem to have been neglected so it looks and feels quite tired. Staff are friendly and obliging.

My wife and I and a couple of friends stayed at the Park Royal in April after a few days in KL. An excellent choice. We had a superior sea view room.
