Just returned from yet a nothing great stay. Nearly all the room's are refurbed now and look great.The staff are alway's friendly and really welcome us back. Would alway's recommend this hotel if staying in Penang you will have a most enjoyable stay. More

Stayed here a few years ago with my family and it was lovely. I especially liked the two towers/wings that were connected by the little walkway over the road.
