The staff are super friendly and try to be efficient (took 4 attempts to get the bill correct - lucky we started working on it the night before checkout). We are just back from Penang (5th Oct), we stayed at the Shangri La Rasa Sayang Garden Wing which was very nice although it seemed a little tired compaired to the Shangri La Kuala Lumpur (both 5*).
