We stayed here for a couple of nights and everything was fine. The best thing going for this hotel is the location. It is within walking distance to Batu Franggi night market and about 5 minutes to the beach. The room small and very basic facilities.. Its value for the price that was paid.

Very limited hotel not even enough room to open your luggage! The tv had two channels that worked but it was for one night so we made do. The hotel is in a great location right near the night markets and with lots of good food around. Even with just one night there we all needed a trip to the... More

We were having class trip to Penang, for three days and we decided to sleep at this hotel. the room that we stayed is triple room. Our room got three single beds, wardrobe with three hangers only(wish it could be more), towels, three water bottles, toilet, sink, mirror, tv, fan, aircond and 'hanging thing i don't know what to call... The hotel is in a good location, near to local market, beach and bus stop. Still the place is not noisy. Mcdonalds or KFC are only five minutes walking distance. The overall service quality, cleanliness is average but it is quite budget saving.

The place is in desperate need of an upgrade and modernisation. You can get much better for your money or rather you could pay significantly less for the same/similar thing almost next door to it (the place was overpriced by at least 40%). The wireless only works in the lobby. We had booked for 3 nights and wanted to check... More

This is my 2nd stay here. Good location. However at night parking is quite secluded. Room is rather basic & clean. Advisable to bring your own towels. Nearby night market, beaches as well as foodstalls catering cuisines from various parts of the world. Hard Rock Cafe is a walking vicinity. Overall this is a value for money budget hotel.

Needed a simple place to spend just one night (after leaving Kuala Lumpur) and walk the night market nearby before heading for Alor Star the next day. It was a standard room on the first floor with twin beds as requested (some other hotels nearby do not have twin beds for this rate) with air-conditioning and attached bathroom. Our room... More

Fq ferringhi - batu ferringhi The fq ferringhi is located a few minutes walk from the main strip in batu ferringhi, down a quiet street. Just follow the directions on their website it's easy enough to find. On arrival we were greeted by a friendly receptionist, who was helpful in sorting out room, initially we were provided with a queen... More

Really good budget hotel in a great location. Rooms were spotless and big with all the basics! Lovely staff on reception. Wifi is only in lobby not in rooms which is a little annoying. Overall the room exceeded our expectations given that it was only 75 MYR per night. I would definitely recommend to others.

Hotel was very basic but very clean and the sheets and towels were changed on a daily basis. Staff were very friendly. Rooms very small but adequate as we only used the hotel to sleep. Very central -location was fantastic. My only complaint was on a weekend there was a lot of noise created by inconsiderate guests until the early... More
