Just finished staying here for 3 nights. Absolute bliss after the hustle and bustle of trying to see and do as much as possible in Europe. Arrived at Al Maha at 4am to be greeted enthusiastically and graciously. The suite was beautiful and very private with the best bed I have ever slept in. My husband and I adored the... More

My husband and I stayed here at the end of June for 3 nights and it was everything and more that you read here in the reviews. The suites are luxurious, the food is excellent, the service is faultless and the activities are very well thought out. To really appreciate it, I think you need a minimum of 3 nights.... More

We spent a night on our 11th Wedding Anniversary in December 2009 at the resort that is in the middle of the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve. The villa was very luxurious with a private pool. The food at the restaurant was not something we can talk much of. However, the gaming and opportunity to see the Arabian Gazelle was wonderful.... More

There are no words that can sum up our stay at the Al-Maha... maybe I can try starting with 'heaven' or 'magic'. Having worked for many years in the service industry in London (where the standards are very high) I can honestly say the staff at this hotel blew me away - definitely the best service I have EVER experienced.... I took my husband to Al Maha as a surprise trip for his 65th birthday, our 23rd trip to Dubai and first visit to Al Maha so it had a lot to live up to. As we drove into the resort we were pleasantly surprised to see how far apart the villas were. Check in was very quick and we... More

My boyfriend and I spent 2 nights at the Maha Resort and it's hard to put words to it. Rooms are gorgeous, private pool, complete privacy, rooms overlook the desert and you do get to see the animals drinking off your pool. You get a boogie to pick you up and drop you off anytime you want to leave your... More

What a gem of a place, fabulous stay. Such a tranquil place, really very good food, and service excellent. Booze expensive, but you'd expect that. It was very hot, but we knew that. The camel ride to see the sunset is a must.

Fabulous stay yet again at The Al Maha Desert Resort located in a conservation resort. They really make you feel special, welcome and part of the Al Maha Family. The Suites are fabulous, spacious and if you think the private swimming pool in each suite is the reason to come and stay... think again as the food can be compared... More

My husband and I spent two nights at Al Maha and our only complaint was that we were not there longer! The rooms were beautiful--spacious with fantastic Arab-style furniture and a huge lovely bathroom. The highlight of the room was of course the deck in the back with a private pool overlooking the desert sunset. The pool was a bit... More

I treated myself to three days at Al Maha on the way to UK to break the flight. I had no interest in Dubai city or its numerous attractions but the desert and its vast expanses of clear sky definitely spoke to me. And I'd had a tough couple of years so I deserved the spoil. And boy did I... More
