A shocker is exactly what this hotel is.
Checkin worked out OK and hid what was to come.
The room was bad for what they were charging. Mouldy walls, ripped carpet, mould in the bathroom. A king size bed which was two singles pushed together {for a couple, this was just ridiculous}. When queried about the bed, were told "that's the way it is here so there's no point in changing rooms".
Ordered room service and got no knapkin, no salt and pepper and a fork tine was bent out of shape and looked as if it had been used to clean out something small and round, a cone maybe?
No ice trays in room, ask room service and no ice available.
The room key didn't work {one of those swipe cards} told "oh you must have had it next to your mobile phone, I don't have a mobile, oh well something must have cleared it". Or maybe it wasn't programed properly in the first place.
