Camped at lakesea for 6 days with one tent and a camper trailer. The park was lovely and in a good location, only 10-15 min drive to batesman bay. The first afternoon there we were approached by a very agressive and rude man we later found out was the caretaker/nightmanager telling us to move one of our tents as it... More

I decided to spend a bit more money than I normally do and booked a lakeside cabin ('Finch') for $180 hoping I could hang my fishing rods off the balcony and fish Durras Lake at night. Alas, while the cabin was indeed by the lake, fishing off the balcony was physically impossible. Never mind, the cabin was very spacious, modern... More

We stayed in a two bedroom cabin facing Durras Lake over the Australia Day long weekend. The cabin is separated form the water's edge by a strip of gum trees, lovely outlook and was very adequate for a family of 4 - nice and clean, too. Every cabin has its own barbeque, which we used both nights, with the curious... More

We have just returned from a three day stay at Lakesea Park,we were looking for a getway stay from our busy lifestyle. When we arrived the staff were very helpful,as we had just travelled 6 hours in the car with two children. They allowed us to go to the villa so we could get the children out of the car,then... More

Had a disappointing stay here in cabins. They didn't provide enough linen for the people we booked in. Staff were hard to find and relatively unhelpful. Parking is difficult, the little shop is very expensive and its quite a long drive into Batemans Bay. It's a nice spot but better value can be found elsewhere.
