Great place to stay. Fantastic pool and view. Good rooms well kept and comfortable. Good restaurant. It is a bit pricy but compared to other hotels and restaurants of the same level it is actually cheap as the entire island is on the expensive side.

We stayed here for 5 nights and were not dissatisfied, but left feeling a little underwhelmed for the cost of the bungalow. I would actually either upgrade to Ze Maria or Teju-Acu or downgrade to a simpler pousada and just visit the nicer ones for lunches and dinners. The rooms were nice and big, but very few of them have... More

My family and I has just returned from a 7 day trip to Fernando de Noronha. Pousada Morena was chosen for cost benefit reasons and location. It's not the most expensive, the view from the infinity swimming pool is breathtaking , ( pool service has started ),and has decent rooms for the island standards. We stayed in the old suites,... My wife and I did a pre-World Cup whirlwind tour of Brazil for our honeymoon and spent 4 days on the island. The view from the property is breathtaking. It is also located near excellent restaurants and beaches. We did not stay in one of the newer villas but the older rooms were sufficient. If I would go again, I... More

Morena is going through renovation and the standard bangalo are more like the old style Noronha “pousadas” while de renovated rooms is more towards a world class standard. As pointed out, Noronha is 350 km of the cost of Brasil, so everything is “imported” and very expensive (especially on the New Year´s season). So Morena is a great “pousada” for... More

First of all, when you go to Noronha you have to remember that you're going to be in an isolated Island, in the midle of the ocean, so you shouldn't have high expectations. This hotel is great, and is fully renovated. I've stayed in a Luxury Bangalo, and was the first person to use it. So, it was sparkling. The... More

We went there for our honeymoon and they were amazing! Sparkling wine on arrival, a nice card and this amazing room with a view to die for from the little veranda. Ah and this hammock to laze on too. They were so helpful and friendly, the room was always spotless. Wifi available and near restaurants and beaches. I loved Fernando... More
