Lovely bungalows on this fantastic island of Holbox. The staff in hotel reception was very helpful and nice for us. Service in the restaurant wasn't that good, and the breakfast included just toast and coffee, but we got some fruit plates when asked for. Except the breakfast, this hotel was very nice place to spend holiday.

Don't go to Xaloc unless you don´t care about good service. The service at the restaurant is terrible and the general service is bad. I was only satisfied with the transfer to and from the airport. The place is nice, but nothing special

I would not recommend this place for the money. Unfortunately there are real problems with the way the hotel has been kept up. Beautiful location for the hotel and that is what you pay for. The rooms are a bit tattered and dark. Nothing is very clean. The staff are pleasant but essentially they are untrained teenagers. Breakfast was crap. In this amazing place to have processed foods seems out of place.

The hotel is charming, nothing to say about that. However, the argentinian receptionist wasn't nice and motivated and wasn't doing his job correctly. This really disappointed us and we will probably choose another hotel next time. Also, the breakfast is not really good, which is a shame in such a nice hotel.
