This holiday was so much more than a beach getaway. The journey is not to be sniffed at, but neither is the view when you get there. For an all inclusive, the mealtime buffets were very good, presented well and maintained. Stunning room, sunny with views that would bring you to tears. This holiday was a special one, having never... More

It's remote. It's 3 hours from the airport by taxi - then a fairy - then a golf cart. There is cell service in some areas. There is WiFi in the main lobby and by the pool. We loved it. This is a boutique hotel that has nice charm. There are only a few downers like, the menue doesn't vary... More

We got the most beautiful master suite, 2 floors, amazing view, indoors jacuzzi for a couple.. This hotel has 2 types of all inclusive options, price difference is only $15 usd and the main difference is what you can drink in the pool bar... Everything else is exactly the same. Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffett are OK, menu is changed... More

We loved our stay here. The staff at the reception desk were always helpful and the greeting on arrival was warm and genuine. After dropping our cases we went for a walk around the complex, I like to get a feel of the place. The gardens are well tended and we saw lots of sweeping daily, all around the hotel.... More

I am going to separate out my hotel review from location. The hotel - they weren't ready for us when we arrived so we sat by the pool for an hour before going over to see if room was ready. Yes its ready (would be good to notify) but the room had two double beds, not big enough for married... More

The hospitality shown to us over our time spent here was amazing. The beach location is sea and sand as far as you can see, to be super relaxed we tried the hammocks. They never quite clicked for me (no balance). We came along with my sisters family and took over four rooms, like our own village. All apartments were... More

I really only have one concern....is the beach really that covered with seaweed? Most places have a crew that cleans this up early every morning. Responding to this would really help me meake a decision. thx

After a weekend in Mexico this beach location was a world away from the city. We had planned this vacation carefully and the hotel correspondence was excellent. The sea views from our room and hotel landscaping was cleverly done and the public areas added to that relaxed beach style. The restaurant was organized well, with a wide choice. The quiet... More

This was like paradise. We have never been to Mexico before but we chose this resort because I particularly like the more natural feel, wanting to be in sandals and sarong and just taking in the culture at our own pace. After 48 hours being here we were totally chilled out. The beach was amazing and the huts were exactly... More

We stayed here in November, everything about this hotel/ villas is perfect !! It is on the oceans edge and at the end of the island. There are no cars on Isla Holbox so transportation is via golf carts , the hotel will gladly take you anywhere you want to go although the island is so small it's nice to... More
