Casa Fernanda is a lovely hotel located in a historic neighborhood within a 10 minute walk of the central market area. The property is thoughtfully landscaped, the pool is delightful, and the rooms are comfortable. The onsite manager, Israel, takes the comfort and well being of his guests extremely seriously and during our stay treated us as visiting friends as... More

We really enjoyed our stay in this upscale hotel. The restaurant is outstanding (probably the best in town), the gardens are wonderfully maintained and have beautiful sculptures, and the staff is exemplary. We didn't try the spa services, but the facilities look very impressive. The pool is heated and chlorine-free (treated with salts). Need I say more?

The pictures and online reviews were ideal so I set off to discover Tepoztlan with illusions of this oasis. My friend and I asked about the peace and quiet in the room and the receptionist informed us that the room was indeed quiet. We left our belongings in the room that was not quite ready for us at 11:30 am... More

This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy worry free. Here, you can let yourself to be spoiled with the Temazcal (ritual steam bath), massages, aromatherapy (different fragancies) and delicious cuisine. We came here not for work just to enjoy and we love it! We highly reccomend this place!

My wife at I stayed at Casa Fernanda for the second time just last week (June 17th and 18th). It was a wonderful experience (again). The place is just beautiful. Everything is very tastefully done. The staff are uniformly warm, courteous, professional and helpful. The restaurant is excellent as well. This is without a doubt the nicest place we have... More

We stayed 4 night at Casa Fernanda and everything was absolutely perfect! When we arrived we were offered a refreshing drink while our luggage was taken to the room. The room was lovely, the beds super comfortable, everything was very clean. The quality of the toiletries was very good. It's possible to buy the products and I got myself the... More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and it was amazing! It started at check-in when they bring you ice cold agua de jamaca in beautiful glasses - it was delicous and refreshing! Next they told us they scent the room for you and sprayed different scents on these little white pieces of... More

We spent a weekend at Casa Fernanda. The hotel is small and cozy. We got the "temazcal and massage package" Service was very good during our stay. The Restaurant meals were outstanding, spectacular presentation ( some of the dishes had beautiful flowers in it) and great flavor ! I also enjoyed the organic lettuce wall at the restaurant, where they... More

We got to Casa Fernanda without making previous reservation. The lady in the front desk was sweet and booked our stay right away. The check-in time was at 2pm and they allowed us to hold our luggage at noon and gave us complimentary non-alcoholic beverages. The interior design of the room was very mid-century with a hint of mexican vibrant... More
