Our stay was nice but a bit high priced but that is summer rates. Wish we would have had parking closer since I am Handicaped but I was kept to the ground floor which I am gratefull. Because at another place I wasn't and climbing stairs is not easy for me. In all I would rate it above average accommodations.

We stayed her e on the long weekend at the beginning of August 2014 for a family reunion in Summerland. Because of a music festival in pentictonBoonfest), weddings and reunions etc., all accomodations where packed and I thought it would be very noisy h ere (it is also on a main road) but surprisingly it was super quiet in our... We checked in, went to the room to find it wasn't cleaned. We took all the previous guests food and containers out of the fridge to put in our own supplies, then left while they came to make up the room. We we got back all the previous guests food was back in the fridge so we had to set... More

I initially bypassed this motel because of some of the negative reports in TripAdvisor. I decided to look for myself and ended up checking in. I was able to get a room in the back part of the new section and found it to be very good in all respects. The construction in that part of the motel is what... More

Arriving after a very long hot day on the motorcycles, our room in the new building was very clean and well appointed. Unfortunately there had just been a boil water advisory put in place about 2 hrs prior to our arrival. The front desk readily provided us with cold bottled water as we had ridden thru 105'f temps. The small... More

We had a quiet room in the back section away from the highway. My only complaint was we were not able to leave the sliding glass door open during the night. There was no way to lock it being partially opened. We were there for a car show in Penticton and the motel was just a short drive from there.

The service was lacking and rude right from the office. Person checking us in needs a course in politeness and tact. It is over priced for what you get. Rooms are ok but that`s it. Nothing special at all. Won`t stay there again. No views, just off a busy road.

We arrived in summerland bc after being very disappointed at the busyness in kelowna. This motel had no staff but and extremely efficient registration system using a wall computer for check in. Our room was in the new part towards the back, away from the noise of the road. The room was almost new, well equipped and had a balcony.... More

Clean, quiet, friendly service. Just what I expected. Lovely patio looking onto a grassy courtyard to have morning coffee. Easy to access from the highway. Nice sized room with ample sitting area and the mini-fridge made life easy.

I stayed for two nights on a work assignment in February and was pleasantly surprised about the quality, quiet, comfort and reasonable price of this motel. Check in (in February) was remotely through a machine, which was painless as instructions were taped to the glass window of the entrance door and phone calls to the motel number were answered in...
