Don and Ann were quick to reply to my inquiry, very pleasant to deal with and very accommodating. Their new and spacious suites were super clean and comfortable, each with a private entrance. This is a great location, very private, yet only minutes from town centre. Ann & Don served a wonderful breakfast on both days of our stay. Having... More

Our room was spotless and very comfortable. It only has 2 rooms so is very quiet. We had a nice seating area outside which overlooks neighbouring gardens and the mountains in the background. Breakfasts were delicious and it is convenient to walk into town. Quite hilly on the way back though. A short drive will take you to the river... More

This was our second stay at the Dogwood, we stayed for a few days in August 2013. This time we stayed for over a week as we came for the Triathlon in Penticton. Probably the best thing I can say is that after 8 days here it did not feel like we were leaving a commercial establishment, but rather that... More

This was a lovely place to stay and our host was very welcoming. Everything about this b and b was very comfortable, the room, the bed, the bathroom and the verandah. We enjoyed a delightful breakfast outside and could happily have stayed longer than the one night.

The room is clean, large and has everything you want. The view from the room is great, the breakfast is amazing and so are hosts. We will definitely go back there if we tour that part of Canada again!

Lovely, quiet, private room. Spotless and well appointed room. Quiet deck, perfect for a glass of wine after a full day and before heading out to dinner. Breakfast was delicious. The location is in a residential subdivision, but don't be fooled, this B&B is well set up for the comfort of guests. We will definitely return

Dogwood is in a fairly anonymous enclave of suburban houses, a short distance from the centre of Summerland, but don't let this slightly unexpected location put you off. We stayed in a very large, immaculately clean room with its own entrance. Ann was chatty, cheerful, and very helpful, prepared a fine breakfast, and was a fund of knowledge about the... More

Just one night stay but very comfortable. Only 2 rooms: one upstairs, other down. I had the downstairs one. Inside is quite nice and very clean. Small table with chairs in one corner. Small fridge and coffee maker. Flat screen tv opposite bed that has what I THINK is a memory foam mattress…wondered about it at first, but it was... More

Ann & Don are gracious hosts who provide spacious, comfortable, clean accommodations along with delicious breakfasts which feature Ann's fabulous home cooking. All of this for a price that is less than most of the hotels and motels in the area. This is our second stay and we would highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

My wife and I stayed at the Dogwood for 3 nights this past August. The purpose of our trip was for me to participate in the inaugural "Penticton Challenge". I researched the Dogwood a year prior and paid a visit to Ann to check out their rooms. I was impressed and I booked it on the spot. A year later... More
