better than a hotel. Make sure you know the difference between the two suites. We stayed downstairs and it was a self catered breakfast and you had to do your own dishes. We missed the fine print on that. If you have a bigger than small appetite, you will need to grab a meal after you finish what they supply.... More

Definitely no procvacy, hosts come in without knocking. Way too expensive even if it would be a good B&B! You have to leave the room at noon because you can't decline the room service. Room service means here control if everything is still fine and vacuuming of the floor. Not more, not less. Breakfast isn't yummy. You taste the low... More

Had a one night stay at this locale. I stayed in the Lakeview Suite. So comfy with private entrance. The hosts were the best!! A simply delicious 3 course breakfast served in my "private" dining area. Nice lake view from the suite and balcony. Hope to return one day!

We were two couples traveling together. Third trip to Okanagan Valley. This B&B was quite a find. Two suites. Breakfast served in the up stairs suite for all four of us. Unique and delicious each day. Hosts very friendly and attentive. Denis had suggestions for walks, restaurants and wineries to visit every day. Perfect directions. We all felt pampered. Liz... More

We stayed in the wine makers suite because the other was booked. At first I thought; what kind of a deal is that; that they only supply the ingredients for the breakfasts and the other suite gets it served. That turned out not to be a problem at all. The only thing we had to cook was waffles and the... More

I stayed 3 days in this spotless, flawlessly run B&B in Summerland. The suite was tastefully decorated and every comfort considered. With a sitting room, dining nook, free computer and WIFI access, kitchen, bathroom, walk-in-closet and soft queen bed, private deck and separate entrance, the accommodations were superb. Liz's breakfasts were inspired 3 course gourmet creations. While she's not a... More

The hosts are extremely friendly but there is a major lack of privacy at this B&B. A small pantry door separates you from the remainder of the home and the hosts come in without announcing. I once was getting ready to go for a shower, thank god I had something on because there they were! Beautiful location but the hosts... More

We are pleased that you found our B&B to be in a beautiful location, us to be very friendly & your breakfasts to be absolutely delicious. We are known for Liz’s gourmet breakfast & many of our Guests take pictures & post them on their Facebook pages etc. However, your comments about privacy are of concern. We have hosted over... More

We stayed at Apples N Wine Bed & Breakfast September 2013 when we attended the Penticton Jazz Festival. Our stay was amazing. Wonderful view of the lake, bed was very comfortable, suite is very clean and the breakfast.......What can I say.....WOW! Three course breakfast which is different every time you stay. Liz keeps track of what she has served so... More

Well, I must begin with the amazing breakfasts which were accompanied by a printed weather report and menu (weather for both Summerland and the guests' home town) and a local paper..nice touches!....Not only was the food at a Four Seasons Hotel level in terms of prep, variety and presentation, but it was consumed at a dining table with a backdrop...
