La Heliconia is an excellent, clean hotel. Only a 5 minutes walk away from a wonderful beach. Friendly staff and very good service at all. The hotel is close to the airport and buses pass every few minutes right in front. The rooms are big and include all you need, a fridge, TV and A/C.

I travel a lot for work. I usually stay at another hotel in Grenada but it was booked. My employer booked me here instead. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and the area is very safe. The employees here are very curtious and helpful. Eating breakfast here in the open air cafe area was relaxing and comfortable. Be... More

I booked two rooms for myself and my copilot at this property for one night stay. It sits up on a hill with nice views from the ocean and hillside from the veranda. It was set up like and apartment with separate bedroom which was airconditioned. Living room area just had a fan and it was a little warm to... More

Within walking distance from the airport. I was happy to find that everything I wanted was available,ex bedroom separate from kitchen, stove, microwave, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, fridge, cooking utensils, toaster, cups, glasses, plates, and cuttlery, iron, ironing board, clothes hangars. I could go on, however I was quite satisfied , and all appliances were working. The aircondition. was... More

we stayed on our way to Sandals, For an overnight stay its just fine however a few things were not great. The fridge in the room was not on bit when we plugged in it worked but was of course too warm. The air conditioning in the entrance room /lounge did not work either and the room was very warm... I stayed here one night as my Airbnb apartment was booked the day I arrived. I had emailed the email a few times and Debbie was prompt in responding to me. The hotel is located very near the airport-so close it feels like you could walk there. The staff was friendly and I appreciated the free airport pick up. I... More

My husband and I booked this hotel because it was near the Grenada airport. We had made our reservation 2 months in advance and we even reconfirmed our reservation twice the week before we arrived. We arrived at the same time as a British couple. They had a 9 am flight out of Grenada the next morning; we had a... More

Thank you for your review. First I must apologies for the over booking, as this was not meant to be. We had a room booked for just your husband, which was a single rate, but then there was two of you . Syreeta tried to accommodate both of you at the same single rate at our second property. We also... More

We stayed here one night before going on to Sandals LaSource. Someone was supposed to meet us at the airport when we arrived and this was confirmed by our travel agent before we left for Grenada. We went outside the airport and looked for our driver. The taxi drivers asked if we needed a ride and we told them that... More

Thank you very much for your review. I am so sorry you were not picked up on your arrival. There was a break down in communication on our side. Sorry again!. Again next morning, I am not sure what had happened, you were not taken to your resort. This has not happened before, again I am very sorry. I am... More

I agree with several other guests. The husband is just plain rude. He was never on time and really didn't care. We asked for an alarm clock or wake up call for our flight and he said no, and that if we wanted an alarm clock, we should have brought one. His wife was out of town and if she... More

I am very sorry for the rude service you received. You should of been given an alarm clock to wake you up. Going forward I would make sure every room has an alarm clock. I am away at the moment as I am unwell. Hope to be back in action soon after my surgery. Once again I am very sorry.... More
