We found Casa Margarita an excellent place to stay, just a five minute walk to the town centre. The room was spacious and clean with a very good air conditioning unit and a very large well-stocked fridge. The food was excellent and meals were eaten outside under a lovely gazebo-type structure. Yuliet, Margarita's daughter spoke excellent english and talked us... More

We had the pleasure of staying at Casa Margarita for 2 nights and wish that it had been longer! The pictures don't do the rooms justice as they have recently been upgraded and have new bathrooms. Margarita is an amazing cok and her lobster was so good that we had it both nights! The whole family was extremely welcoming and... More

This is a great casa. Very clean, air conditioned and a short walk into town. Margarita is a very kind lady and her daughter Yuliet was very helpful suggesting things to do. She organized a hike around the area that included a tobacco farm, underground caves - not a great experience for me - and a visit to a coffee... More

This was one of our favourite casas in Cuba. Yuliet and Margarita were so welcoming and friendly. Yuliet speaks great English and gave us excellent advice on things to do while we were in Vinales. Margarita (her mother) doesn't speak much English, but is very sweet and is a great cook. Definitely make the most of the casa food as... More

Casa Margarita was a gem! The room is in a separate building behind the main house. It has a great patio in front of the room which is perfect for enjoying a cigar. The room was lovely and the food was great. They made the best rice and beans I've ever had. The family adorable. Highly recommend this casa. It's... More

Very friendly and helpful people, pretty, clean and spacious rooms (separated from main building - not at the street), beautiful garden, and GOOD FOOD. Definitely one of the best casas in Viñales. The top rating is absolutely deserved. Highly recommendable. Yuliet and her brother speak english.

One of the best casas we stayed at in Cuba. They're very professional but still friendly and hospitable. Yuliet speaks excellent English. Also, Yuliet's mother is a great cook. She served us the best dinner we had during our 2 weeks in Cuba. It included a delicious soup, lobster, side dishes and drinks for just 8 CUC (lobster meals are... More

We stayed 3 nights at Casa Margarita in February, and it was really nice. The room is comfortable and clean. Yuliet is a really helpful young woman and she speaks good English. She organized a walking trip in the valley with a nice local farmer Pedro. The breakfast and dinner was tasted very good. Margarita is a fantastic cook. This... More

We spent one night at Casa Margarita and it was fantastic. We arrived at lunchtime and were shown to our room, which was separate from the main house and extremely comfortable. Within an hour, Maragarita's daughter Yuliet had organised a horseback tour for us with a local farmer called Pedro. He was great and took us to a tobacco farm,... More

We spent two days in the" red room" that was perfect, very clean with nice bathroom, in a yard behind the house of the owner family, so protected against the noise of the street. Very nice welcome by Yuliet who speaks very well English what was helpful since we don't speak spanish. Very hearty meals and breakfast prepared by Juliets... More
