Just returned from a week's stay at the Crane. The rooms are beautiful; pics on webiste are very accurate & won't disappoint. The resort, however, is about 30 minutes on difficult roads from the nearest restaurants & not in a very good part of the island. Kitchen is available, but grocery stores are severely lacking by US standards. Meat/produce at... more

My husband and I just returned from a wonderful stay at The Crane last week with our friends, and we can't wait to return. Can't say enough about the beautiful views, rooms, and friendly staff. This is our second stay at this resort and we are already making plans to return next year. We had only one problem which was... more

I was at the Crane Resort on the first week of July and let me tell you what an experience we had. I was Located in Building 5 on the 4th floor(Ocean View) and what a view(WoW) right off the water on top of a cliff……Now I won’t paint a picture of roses for you and be truthful there was... more

We stayed at The Crane in May, My wife and I and 3 children (6 -12 years old). I should say in starting that my family are from Barbados, and my mother grew up half a mile from Crane. I have visited the island many times, and was looking forward to spending 2 weeks at The Crane. I live in... more

We stayed at the Crane for 5 days last week. The suite was beautiful. We stayed on the 5th floor in building 5. The sound of the whistling frogs and the waves breaking on the cliff below were fantastic. The sevice was top notch - no complaints. Our every need and questions were handled quickly. We ate at Zen, L'Azure,... more

We Stayed at the Crane for our honeymoon in October last year. It was the most amazing holiday we had ever had and still talk about it all the time. We had booked a one bedroomed private residence with a 28ft pool. We got a great deal as booked early and direct with the hotel rather than through a travel... more

My husband and I stayed at the Crane and it was magnificent! I just couldn't get over how beautiful the beach and rooms are. I felt like I was living the "lifestyles of the rich and famous". The room is even nicer than the photos online and the beach is beyond pretty. Everyone at the Crane was warm and helpful-... more

On a babymoon we went to Barbados. Stayed first at fairmont hotel near holetown but after a few days we were itching to explore the other side of the island. Moved to the crane hotel. Mistake. Got a good deal, when we called to book, my husband got them to lower the rate by over $100. Hotel "looks nice" in... more

We just returned from an 8 day stay at the Crane in May. We had a wonderful time. The beach is magnificent! We stayed in building 3 for one night and were then switched to Building 8. What a difference!! As nice as building 3 was it is starting to show its age. Building 8 was much much nicer. I... more
