Brilliant from day 1 and 25 years later this establishment still delivers the best food around. The three courses we all had were cooked to perfection. Thanks yet again for a great time and we will be back.

Having read the reviews I had high expectations for this place, along with the relatively high prices I felt these were justified. Well they where not met. To be fair not much was specifically wrong with the place but there wasn't much special about it either, it was all so average. Room was not to the high levels of cleanliness... More

Regarding this review Mr H, I am at a loss as to how we find ourselves so low down in your estimation. Tyn Rhyl is an old historic property dating back 400 years. Our double en suite room with welcome tray of tea, coffee, biscuits, snacks, sweets, sparkling water and a decanter of sherry are put there to make our guests... If you return to a place it can only be because it is so good and this is! Small, olde worlde, comfortable, full of character, defies its location.David and Elvira perfect hosts and just love the small flask of sherry in the room just to get you started. Elvira and David were the perfect hosts. The house is stunning, it's rare we can afford a break in an atmospheric 17th century house and this was just that! The room was perfect in very way. We spent a wonderful afternoon and evening on a comfortable sofa in front of a fire with exquisite Jacobean panelling around us. We are... More

My wife and I had a very pleasant stay at this lovely small hotel. The owners - David and Elvira - are a very gracious couple who were always ready to help us in all possible ways. They were very attentive and responsive to our wants and needs. Every morning we sat for breakfast at a table that was fit... More

Stayed here at the weekend with my fiancé and we were made to feel very welcome, shown to our room and how to work shower, was offered a hot beverage and was asked what we wanted for breakfast and at a time to suit ourselves. The breakfast was awesome we had a nice little starter of yoghurt with almond flakes... More

On arrival we were greeted with a hot drink & delicious slice of handmade cake fresh from the kitchen & invited to wait in the lounge while our specially requested room with a bath was prepared. Already the owners, David & Elvira, had made us feel right at home. When we were taken to our beautiful room we were given... More

Thank you very much for your review. We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay here and were thrilled with the gift you posted to us. A candle in a pretty cup and saucer, what a lovely way to scent a room. Many thanks. More

beautiful room and building. superb breakfast all needs catered for. David and Elvira very friendly, nothing too much trouble, all needs catered for the best by far to any other bed and breakfast. The grounds are lovely and parking is available at the back of the house. Rooms very comfortable and clean, tea and coffee making facilities in room.
