Stayed Monday to Friday on JustGo trip. We were right at top of hotel, which was quite a walk with cases as lift goes to floor 3. Then had another flight of stairs and a corridor to get to room. Lovely view from there. Was very windy first 2 nights but room was cosy. However by day3 radiator was too... More

We recently had a 2 night offer and for the money it was a bargain. However it was so windy on the 2nd night we had no sleep as it sounded like the roof was blowing off!! We upgraded to a premier seaview room but it was still a VERY basic room.... They still allow smoking in some rooms and... More

On a Monday to Friday Coach Holiday with Just Go we stayed at the Westminster Hotel Rhyl. The hotel is an old building which has had a lick of paint inside and out over recent months. The room we had on this visit was at the back of the hotel with an outlook over a car park, the room it-self... More

Unfortunately stayed in this dated run down hotel for work purposes. Was like walking into a channel 4 documentary about life on the dole. Very dated decor with equally dated staff. Breakfast is only served between 8 and 9 am. General attitude from the staff seemed to be that guests are just an inconvenience. Avoid

We have just got home from 3nights at the Westminster Hotel (March 2015). I had no idea what to expect before we arrived, but for the price we paid i wont complain. To start with there was a car park out the back of the hotel which was free. On that note so was the WI-FI and the Breakfasts. Our... More

I visited Rhyl to view property and wanted somewhere central. This hotel is within walking distance of the station and town centre. The place is family owned and run which makes a difference. They have time to talk and make you feel welcome. Rooms are a good size with ensuite bathroom.

We arrived at the hotel It looked really impressive, we managed to get onto their car park but it was very tight getting to the car park. We went in through the back entrance and it was a bit dowdy looking. 24hr reception the receptionist said straight away £91 and breakfast is £7.50 per person per day that would of... More

It's not a modern property but was clean and well maintained by the owner considering its a family run hotel and not a chain this is a plus the staff were warm and friendly... More
