We booked this hotel as a very last minute due to myself having an illness that changes day to day and this hotel was the only one with vacancies. When you initially walk into the hotel all looks ok and the staff are friendly. The room leaves a lot to be desired if this hotel is meant to be the... More

Its clear that the owners are trying to improve the hotel but it looks like it's bring done on a budget. The bar had a good incentive scheme by offering a few drink when you bought a few. We visited as a coach trip and we were welcomed by the owner. Throughout the stay the staff were friendly with the... More

Came here with Just Go for a five day break. Hotel seems to run very short staffed. Rather odd meal times because not enough waitresses. Food was fine though with choices every day. Hotel is noisy, not the customers, the doors have fierce closers - slam!! Floor boards creak like mad all over so nobody can be quiet not even... More

Just finishing a 5 day coach holiday. Hotel very old fashioned but clean. Food adequate but not enough of it. Very hard to get hot water. Advertised as en suite but wash hand basin is in the room and we found this very inconvenient as we couldn't get a good shower owing to water temp. So having basin in room... More

Have just returned from a Spring Bank Holiday stay at this hotel. When I booked, I asked for a forward looking room to overlook the sea. That never happened! Upon arrival, our coach company travel rep advised us that the manager would do her best to sort out and problems at the hotel. So I went to reception and asked... More

£3 per round surcharge on a round of drinks if credit card is used and debit card has to be for £10 or over per round. Marks & Spencers shopping trolley on 3rd floor did not enhance the ambience. Used by the cleaners I believe, and they forgot to put it away. I was tempted to take it back to... More

Brilliant friendly staff and owners, made us really feel welcome, despite us arriving at 1am without a booking. The room was large and well-appointed with views out to sea. Breakfast was great value for money. Overall a well-run hotel in a good location offer excellent service and value for money.

The hotel was fine for our needs. Just a bed for the night. Food pretty average, but the waiting staff made us laugh. Some entertainment was quite good. Rhyl will never be a good resort, but there are others not too far away.

Im a coach driver and I stayed here with 50 guest.. On first arrival the hotel is easy to find located on the seafront close to the main shopping area. The hotel is a older style but very functional and clean. My room was on the top floor but there was a lift most of the way up. The guest... More
