Short notice booking for a one-night stay. Arrived mid-evening and had a fair welcome by Lisa. Yes, those carpets do need deep-cleaning, decorating is desperately required and/or renovating throughout would help a lot but the Tv did work, the bed-linen and towels, although cheap quality, were clean as was the table linen. The toilet and washing facilities were somewhat less... More

It was cheap (thats a good thing) and had a bed in it. Was perfect for students or low budget stays. The bar stayed open late and the staff were friendly. If you want a room to sleep in or as a backup in case other plans fall threw this place wass perfect. Just went to book a room to... More

Where to start. Disgusting. Official worst hotel on planet. Carpets from the 70s not even fitted properly. Beds stained no mattress covers Light fittings broken glass mirror cracked cupboards wonky and scratched to hell. My man just wanted a bed. I would have left. As for the bathroom. I couldn't use it as i was worried i would catch something.... More

Accidentally stayed for a night here when viewing local properties. This place is not for the faint hearted. A somewhat weird clientele were present, thought we'd slipped into some weird parallel universe. Dirty rooms, damp bedclothes, filthy broken shower, dodgy door locks. Weird smells, freezing cold. Horrible. Don't go there!

My son and his girlfriend stayed at the Morville Hotel 22.3.14. They paid £50 for an en-suite bedroom. The room was freezing cold, smelly and dirty. They had no heat in the room so went down to ask at reception. They were told the heating is broken. Because they were only using the hotel as a base overnight, they overlooked... More

I was stuck in Rhyl the day of the storms on the 5th December and unable to get home as the trains were cancelled. My work booked it for me off trip advisor after being stuck at Rhyl station for 4 hours and just wanted to be in a watm room. It went from bad to worse the minute I... More

Disgusting, grimy, smelt really bad as they allow dogs in the rooms. Not clean at all stains all over the sheets and beds, view of scaffolding and rubbish. Couldn't use the shower because you would be dirtier getting out of it. Stuck to the sticky carpet and the breakfast wasn't even touched because it looked so dirty! would not advise... More

It is a very cheap hotel. But it is in dire need of a massive refurbishment. Top to Bottom. I did not feel comfortable here, and was glad to get away from the place. I would not recommend the Morville to anyone, They need to change the way they operate. If you like your toast buttered by a strange man... More
