Went for dinner and menu had four dishes not available. When we did get them they were great. The chefs do care but the place needs a make over. Replacement flooring is needed with a good coat of paint. One young guy serving was a star and holds his own. Needs a new lease of life. This could be really... More

Went there for a family meal, was served a pint of stale beer. The food itself looked well presented, all of the feedback from everyone that dined was that it was ok. My scallop dish was very dry and could have done with more of the pea pure. Mains again were all well presented, the lambs liver a touch over... More

First time visit with 'retired ladies' who are extremely difficult to please. Amazingly all seven of them were impressed with the menu and more importantly the price and all thoroughly enjoyed their lunch. Excellent, not one disparaging remark. Full marks to the chef for delicious food and to the owner for his never ending patience dealing with a noisy table... More

My wife and I recently visited the Craigie Inn for a Friday lunch and found the food to be excellent with a varied menu and top notch service. We have visited once before a year ago for a family celebration and were pleased that our experience was just as good now as it was then. Of particular note was how... More

Just had a lovely lunch with my mum here- great menu including vegetarian and gluten free, good portions, good prices and good service, plenty space and car parking. Worth the drive just off the A77 into the country especially on a sunny day, near the Hayes garden centre too. Worth a visit!

Have visited Craigie Inn numerous times for lunches, dinners and special occasions and never been disappointed. The menu offers something to suit everything. The quality of the food is fantastic - great quality, well cooked, well presented, cooked to perfection and plenty of it - can't get better than that!

Craig Hogarth is a talented young chef patron with an extensive menu that offers quality ingredients. Fish is a speciality, accompanied by a decent wine list. An ideal alternative to the numerous Ayrshire eateries where decor style exceeds the standard of cuisine. Well worth the trip.
