Clean, comfortable, quite, simply perfect. You can see the host Crysta has made this place to stay a labour of love. A friendly greeting, great food and located in a lovely little village. A place to return to.

An unassumingly beautiful and hidden jewel in the village of Skipsea, nestled away between Hornsea and Bridlington on the East Coast of East Yorkshire. Crysta and family went out of their way to make our stay enjoyble. The accomodation was first class and the meal she served was top notch. Unfortunately we suffered a car breakdown and had to leave early but we were given some of Crytsa's home made brownie for our journey on the recovery truck. We will return knowing that a... More

Chrysta welcomes each guest personally and invites you into the B&B like a life long friend. The room was fantastic, large, comfortable with incredible attention to detail to ensure you have a good stay. Smashing large bathroom with wonderful shower and large, soft, fluffy towels. We had a pre-arranged evening meal on the first night of our stay and it... More

We picked Village Farm because of the tremendous reviews it had received.....and believe me we were not disappointed......excellent in every way. Chysta is a superb hostess and makes you feel very special and wanted. Village Farm leads the way on how the 2014 bed and breakfast establishment should be run.

Marvellous hosts, lovely rooms, comfortable beds and delicious breakfast. All the little extras which come so naturally here are what makes it a cut above others. Would highly recommend a stay here and will certainly return when visiting the area again.

Nothing really to add over and above what previous reviewers have said. All top class and great value for money! Quality of accommodation exactly what we were hoping for. Warmth of welcome was what made the stay even more special. An extra tip - take a stroll to the nearby Mr Moo's Ice Cream Parlour!

Village Farm B&B is a perfect example of first class service and accommodation - we were very well looked after by the owner Chrysta, who even brought us a tray of tea on arrival and gave us delicious cake on departure! The room was very well appointed, better than some luxury hotels I've stayed in in terms of provisions and... More

I notice that all the reviews for this lovely little establishment give it 5 stars, and I am certainly not going to buck that trend. The room was really comfortable, and spacious, the food (we had dinner and breakfast) was imainative, beautifully prsented and excellent to eat. Chrysta was more like a long-lost friend than a proprietor, and fully deserves all... More
