A one of a kind build , very quirky !! Lovely views from Mother Earth , just a shame about the weather !! It didn't stop raining !!! Wood us provided for the wood burner however more wood can be purchased for £5.00 per bag .

Very friendly and unique atmosphere in a lovely setting. We had two dogs with us who felt right at home and loved sitting with us by the woodburner! Lots of lovely walks in the local area and good amenities in nearby Hay.

Wow, where do I start! Daphne is a brilliant inn keeper! A lady who has a fascinating background and a lovely vision of how we should lead our lives. We stayed in the 'Wagon over the Valley' which is exactly that, a wagon with stunning views! We picked a very, very wet couple of days which meant that access to... More

Thank you!! for enjoying what the space and the surrounding offers, and going with the flow, as we know the weather is quite challenging, actually teaching me to just get on with whatever and enjoy regardless Thanks and perhaps try with a bit of sunshine.. Cheers More

We spent a couple of nights in the October half term here. So unique, peaceful, hidden! The owner is lovely, ensured that we had everything we needed. One of the coolest places I've ever stayed. Definitely recommend for something different!

Great place, very relaxing and quirky! The beer barrel hot tub was more fun than I expected and the whole place has a really nice feel about it so you can't help but leave relaxed. Would recommend to others but be aware there is minimal phone signal so don't go expecting to do work (ideal for me!)

Free to do as we please, we didn't see another sole during our stay. the buildings are so creative and skillfully constructed. The weather was very... More

A brief but wonderful stay, we didn't want to leave. The peace and kindness felt in this place was immeasurable. Such a warm welcome, stunning views, everything we needed was there and a very cosy stay in a shepherds hut. We shall definitely be back and for longer next time!!

We arrived in the middle of horrible weather, in the pitch black. Daphne came to the door to meet us and show us through to mother earth. Daphne was lovely, and Mother earth was lovely. We spent the whole weekend pretty much inside, reading and talking. We loved the barrel hot tub as well! Amazing how long it stays hot... More
