The owner, Miguel, could not have been more helpful. Allowed us to change our booking to accommodate us in two of his three rooms with terraces. The terraces have wonderful views over the town - book those if you can. The rooms are cool and the air conditioning works well. The shower has a rainforest head with good pressure. When... More

Terrazas a la Plaza is what is known as a "Casa Rural" in Spanish which roughly translates as an upmarket B&B in English. It's situated up a narrow, cobbled street some 150m from the beautiful town square. And when I say up, I mean those who prefer living life on the flat should probably look elsewhere. But once you manage... More

At the end of our two week long trip through the Iberian peninsula we wanted to stay outside of 'the city' and searched for a little town with some sparkle. Chinchon was perfect. Casa Rural Terrazas de la Plaza is an EXCELLENT last night in Spain type of place. Mucho romantico! The owner, Miguel is very nice. There is a... More

We had a wonderful time at terrazas. We did have trouble finding the location, and parking is a little tricky. The best thing to do is park wherever you can find a spot and walk. The town is small so it's not going to be a long walk no matter where you park. It's really close to the city square.... More

My wife and I had a wonderful time in this place, Miguel was a wonderful host and made us feel at home, this place is located in a strategic location, you may be a little unease about parking, but this is usually a problem in all small towns. We enjoyed the place pretty much and looking forward to visit again

We rented for 2 nights and wished we would have time to stay longer. Miguel and Memo were very welcoming and helpful. The place is inmaculate clean and tastefuly decorated, as Miguel is an antiques dealer and owns his own shop in town. The view from our room and the terrace was breathtaking. A great place to unwind and to... More

The room opened on to a spectacular view of the town... rooftops, valley, surrounding mountains, clean crisp air! The space was bright and had a great feel, very comfortable, spotless bathroom, storage area, and that private terrace! Miguel is an antiques dealer and he has this entire place decorated splendidly and tastefully. The lovely little breakfast room had all that... More

Lovely place, completely renovated with antiques of xvii and xviii century. Unvelivable Private terrace with views to plaza mayor, castle and church (we stayed in room D). Great breakfast in our own terrace and very helpful people. Overall, very satisfied.
