This hotel was awful. Fire alarms going off in the middle of the night, the rooms were cold with bad heating, bathroom was old and not cleaned properly and the general decor was shabby.

We stayed with a group and the general opinion was that it was bad and they wouldn't stay again. The staff were really helpful but overworked and forced to apologise for the poor nature of the place. It is a great shame because it is centrally located and Rjukan would benefit from a good hotel in the middle. We stay at upwards of 50 hotels a year (work) and this rated as one of the worst. more
