We spent 3 nights in the Albergo Al Sole at the end of a 6 week trip in Italy. Asolo is a charming town and the hotel is perfect. The location of the hotel in the center of Asolo overlooking the piazza and the old town was perfect for visiting this town and the surrounding area. Our room was very... More

I have stayed at the Albergo Al Sole on many occasions, initially on business trips and more recently for pleasure to enjoy paragliding in the local area. Every time the hotel, its environs and in particular, the staff, consistently deliver a "home away from home" atmosphere whilst being unobtrusive in the delivery. The hotel itself is a beautifully restored building... More

This is a review of the restaurant at Albergo Al Sole. La Terrazza is one of the highlights of visiting Asolo, known for its residents of Browning and Duse, and also for the many shops that make it a shopping delight for those seeking peace and quiet from Venice. But the hidden gem is La Terrazza, where we ate with... More

To step foot into the charming medieval village of Asolo is to step back in time. But never fear. All modern comforts and concerns are catered for at the marvellous Albergo Al Sole. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. Friendly smiling faces at the front desk and a pleasant lounge area to sit and relax in the foyer.... More

We stayed at Albergo Al Sole for two nights. The hotel has a picturesque location. The lobby is beautifully decorated and is warm and welcoming as are all the staff. The restaurant was wonderful. We had dinner out on the balcony overlooking magical Asolo. The food and service could not have been better. The breakfasts were also beautifully presented and... More

My wife and I booked Albergo Al Sole in Asolo after spending a week in Venice. We were looking for a change of pace after enjoying all the activity that encompasses Venice. We rented a car and drove to Asolo and our previously booked room at Albergo Al Sole. The hotel has an attached car park that provides sufficient parking... More

One of the co-owners and acting General Manager met us upon arrival. The greeting was personal warm and authentic. The staff was top not and very accommodating and pro-active in meeting our needs. Every staff member we came in contact with, was warm, hospitable and cared about answering questions or meeting a request. I have travelled to a lot of... More

It's a very beautiful boutique hotel in the magnificent town and we loved it all very much. The rooms are wonderful and clean. The one we stayed in was overlooking the central plaza of this charming town and we enjoyed it so much that we have decided to stay for one more night.

We stayed here one night while on a walking tour through Italy. My husband and I had a large room on the first floor overlooking the front of the hotel with views of the town and distant hills. The room and bathroom were very luxurious and the staff was most helpful. Being an artist, I appreciated the unique artwork throughout... More

A lovely hotel overlooking the old town. Everything was perfect. Perhaps it was Asolo, but the atmosphere was magic. Several older English ladies staying there on our first night and I fully expected to see Maggie Smith at breakfast next morning:)) Highly recommended
