My Husband and I stayed 3 nights in the Gamekeepers house. Everything about this place is wonderful. The owner Emiliano, was a delight. No request was too much. He was so attentive to any need and he greeted us every morning. His attention to detail in making every room look so Tuscan and authentic was amazing to see. The property... More

We as a couple visited Italy in the first week of November and though we had wonderful experiences throughout, our most memorable was in CAMININO Tuscany.we stayed for five nights at the bifora suite and we wished our holiday would never end.The views from the lovely balcony of this suite is something to die for .This resort has just a few... This was one of the places that we were most excited about while traveling through Italy. The staff was very helpful and helped guide us through several trip options throughout our stay. We stayed 4 nights and were able to see much of the countryside including many hillside towns and a great beach resort of Castiglione della pescaia. The room... More

Thank you for expressing your point of view about your stay, wich can be very helpful for future guests. I apologize that the bed and mattress in S.Genziano were actually replaced in November 2011 as we do every 4 years, at this point I have to say I am VERY sorry this was not done earlier. I would like to... More

When we arrived to Pieve di caminino I couldnt believe the beauty of the place. It is an amazing resort with a lot of history to reveal to its customers. The hospitality was the best we had in Tuscany as Emiliano the owner of the resort is wonderful. He welcomes you with a bottle of his own great wine and... More

We had had an overnight stay here last September and treated ourselves to a fortnight this October, knowing that we had found somewhere special. We were looking to relax, read, swim, enjoy some peace and quiet ... and soak up the atmosphere of rural Tuscany in the autumn. Emy Marrucchi Locatelli and his small team made this possible. We had... More

When we drove through the gate at the front of the property we really did not know what to expect, as we had booked a long time before our eventual stay. The place took our breath away. The scenery was amazing, from the forest to the olive groves to the sunset. The monastery conversion has been done exceptionally and the... More

We just returned after a 3 night stay. After Montalcino, we were a bit disappointed by the area --- this is not the prime location for wines and the countryside is still pretty but not in comparison to Montalcino. The resort is a bit worn--the glass door to our room had a large crack, the faucet in the kitchenette fell... More

Dear Guests, Although I am used to read much more positive reviews than yours, I thank you very much for your time in writing on Tripadvisor about your stay . Your opinion is very helpful in order to avoid that future guests will expect something that here it is not provided. Therefore, I would like to point out that: 1)... More

If we could have stayed forever we would have. This was a true paradise because of the surroundings and the hospitality of our hosts. Emy, his family and staff created the most romantic and welcoming environment we could have possibly imagined. For those who prefer a quiet holiday this is the ultimate escape. We roamed the forest, the olive groves,... More

We stayed here on our honeymoon in June of 2011 and both agree that we could not have picked a better spot! We spent half our honeymoon in Rome, but wanted to spend the other half somewhere in the countryside; somewhere quiet and romantic, but also somewhere that would make a good home base for day trips to other areas.... A great location for day trips to the ocean, wineries or plenty of historic hills towns in the surrounding area. If you just want to relax at the resort thats an option to with a nice walks through there private wineyards, forests,... More
