Went here for 2 nights. It was in a great location, close to multiple wineries and cute little villages. Beautiful hotel met some nice people during our stay but the wifi was not good and the tv was limited to a few news channels.....THATS IT! Free breakfast in the am.

Dear, thank you very much for your kindly words. We appreciate them. About the wi-fi, there was a little problem caused by a storm, quckly resolved. The tv: we are always looking to give you a choice of international channels. Sometimes the satellite could not find everything. Hoping to welcome you back as our pleasant guest, More

We had a really good few days here, while taking part in L'Eroica. The location was lovely and the hotel had been nicely converted from a former mill. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was very good. Our room was comfortable and felt typically Italian but the lighting, and the sound insulation provided by... More

A very quaint, but extremely rustic hotel located in a very secluded, wooded setting. The dark stone and brick interior lacks a feeling of warmth, however the décor is lovely, and our suite was extremely quiet and lent itself to a good nights rest. I agree with another contributor that the grounds could have been manicured a bit more. and... More

Charming converted mill and excellent hospitality is around 4 km from both gaiole and radda with beautiful area and suggestive location. Italian hospitality excellent and good wine, food and all service.

Stayed here for 2 nights back in June, and it was perfect. We did get lost trying to find it, but that was a GPS error. Our room was very quiet (downstairs behind the front desk), and the hotel location was exactly where we wanted to be in Tuscany. We got to visit some different wineries, restaurants and smaller towns... More

This a small hotel that has been converted from a mill, located in a peaceful wooded setting in the heart of Chianti Classico country. We were warmly welcomed at reception and shown to our room. The style of the room is as you would expect in a building of this age with wooden beams, stone walls and dark furniture. Our... More

Bang in the heart of Chianti country, this place has so much charm. Only a dozen or so rooms, and no kids, or so we thought. There was a toddler, who gave his lungs a frequent airing, but no running amok. The pool, as can be seen in one shot, is pretty small, and was a climb from our ground... More

The staff provides great service. We arrived late in the afternoon and they were still willing to make us a delicious lunch. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. It is a very nice place to relax after busy in busy Firenze. Birds are always chirping and you are surrounded by nature. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Pros: wonderful service, beautiful grounds, and great food. Cons: no sound barrier, rooms are a little uncomfortable. The food really is great and at a reasonable price. I was very impressed by that. However, you can hear everything going on outside your walls. I heard people talking (actually hearing the words, not just mumbling), the TV, everything. It's like the... More

Dear, thank you very much for the beautiful words about our Hotel. It's a pleasure, giving you a comfortable stay, and leaving you a good memory of our Hotel. The "cold" temperature is an our pride, with the peaceful and the relax of the place. Even in summer, there is a fresh breeze, that prevents the hot temperatures, and the... More
