Castello di Pastine is a perfect location in Tuscany between Siena, Florence and San Gimignano. We spent 4 nights in Rome and then hired a car and drove to Pastine which is 3.5 hours north. The accommodation was just perfect for our family with 2 double rooms and a twin and lots of open plan space downstairs. Guido - the... More

Can't say enough wonderful things about Castello Di Pastine. After rushing around Venice and Rome with hordes of tourists and long line ups, it was such a wonderful relief to arrive at this stunning place in Tuscany. What a marvellous location, and the views over the vineyards was breathtaking. It was lovely, sitting with a glass of wine, watching amazing... More

Oh where to start? My wife booked a week at Castello di Pastine as one of our stops during our family European road trip. As always you never know exactly it is going to be until you get there. However we had a good idea as my wife had spoken to Guido over the phone several time for additional information... More

This was our fourth time staying here and it was just as good as the first. We stay in Appt Mansarda which has a rooftop terrace. Lovely to sit on at night and see the fireflies. Pool area is lovely with own pergola. Can't wait to go again in the future.

We spent a wonderful four days at Castello di Pastine. Guido was incredibly helpful and provides unbelievable information and help. Apartment 1a that we stayed in is very spacious and comfortable. The views over the wine lands and sunsets are to die for. We had unbelievable BBQs on a number of nights with a great outdoor fireplace. We would love... More

We rented a lovely two bedroom apartment for our family of four (two children). Our stay could not have been better! Guido is a lovely host and provides very useful information on the surrounding area. The setting was spectacular - beautiful views and very peaceful. The pool and hot tub were perfect for our family. Because it has both a... More

We spent a fabulous week at Castello Di Pastine! The accommodation was perfect for us as a family and the pool, tennis, table-tennis, bbq and grounds with spectacular views of the Tuscan landscape could not have been more agreeable! We enjoyed the proximity to places to visit and would happily return. This place is a gem!

We were a family of 20 people aged 8 months to 61 years old, Second time visiting and it won't be the last. Plenty of room for everybody to rest or play, and plenty for the more active ones to do. Beware Guido, the host, inviting you to join with him and friends in an evening football match - my... More

Our third visit to Castello was every bit as lovely and memorable as our first, 5 years ago. You don't need to look anywhere else if you want a wonderful holiday in Tuscany. Perfect environment in which to enjoy it all!

We enjoyed a lovely fortnight at Castello di Pastine with our two children (7 and 9). The property and facilities were excellent. Beautiful, immaculately clean pool, lovely grounds with terraces, sunny and shady areas (perfect for hot days), table tennis, tennis and a nice children's play area. Boules and other games and books provided, plus a small selection of DVDs.... More
