We stayed in the red apartment and it was more than we expected. Gorgeous setting, very nice apartment and lots of peace and quiet! We hired Giovanna for a private cooking lesson which was worth every penny.....we had lots of fun. And make sure Maria gives you a wine tour - she is great! The wine was so good we... More

Visited and Maria provided the perfect wine tasting and tour. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great wine eats and conversation. We did the tasting with tour and meat and cheese. Olive oil was also very delicious. Roads to the facility were in excellent condition.

We were a family of 8. We stayed for a week at Casa Sola. The accommodation is what you would expect being a Winery, nothing fancy, practical and clean, the only problem we had was the 2 extra beds in the 4th bedroom were foldaway beds, which is not good for adults to sleep on for a week. By just... More

Stayed at the Casa Solo for 4 nights between Sept 1-5 2014, 2 couples. Old farmhouse on a beautiful country setting. People should understand that this is a agroturismo, it is not luxurious by any means but is clean and has everything you need. I had read some reviews that complained it was far, that breakfast wasnt served etc. They... More

Casa Sola is a wonderfully relaxing experience in the heart of beautiful Tuscany/Chianti region of Italy. Driving this countryside in our little Smartcar was a perfect week for my wife and I. The location is 15 to 30 minutes to many old and quaint villages / wineries that each offer an amazing walk back through time. The views as you... More

We stayed here as a family of six in the white apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay. The swimming pools were fantastic; very clean and well maintained. We sat under the stars most evenings; cooked in on the BBQ and ate out in son lovely local restaurants in nearby San donato and castellina in chianti. Staff at Casa... More

I stayed at Casa Sola for a week and it was not nearly long enough. The property is spectacularly beautiful and the staff incredibly nice and helpful. The best part is that Casa Sola is in the perfect location for driving around Chianti and Tuscany. It's within a 20 minute drive from most of the towns in the Chianti region,... More

Our trip to Casa Sola and Tuscany was the definition of a trip to remember. First off, it is strattled right smack center of Florence and Siena, not to mention a short drive to San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca, and all parts of Chianti Classico. Also one thing to mention -- this property is right on the border of Chianti Classico... More

Fattoria Casa sola was the highlight of our visit to Italy. I bought their dessert wine for Thanksgiving. Especially enjoyed the owner's wife Claudia. I am not a wine drinker, but after our tour I am considering becoming one.
