Perfect place to vacation if you need peace and quiet and enjoy authentic surroundings... Everything is functional and what you need to prepare a meal in the spacious appartment (stayed in Ginepro). The infinity pool....you just want to stay forever...

Better late than never. We stayed here in July 2014 and I'm still catching up with my T.A. This place is just wonderful. A perfect retreat for two weary travellers, who've enjoyed an incredible trip but are a little over the one night stays. Borgo Poneta was definately one of our favourite places. Off the beaten track, the lovely old... More

Six weeks of a European holiday with too many one night stays but a restful and blissful four days here. Oh, we loved this place. I'm sure it was fully booked but it was like we had the place to ourselves. So relaxing and I swam a lot everyday and only once did I meet other guests here, whilst my... More

If you are looking for a quiet Tuscan experience this place is perfect for you (probably need a car though) The apartment we stayed is was nice, comfortable, clean and everyone worked well and a good view out of a couple of the windows. The properties views are just amazing, there are some picnic tables (seen in photos) where we... More

The place has a rustic feeling. Exactly what we were expecting from a agrutourismo in Tuscany. Perfectly located between Siena and Firenze it is the perfect launch pad for visting Tuscan gems like Col d Val d Elsa, Barberino, San Gimignano, Siena, Firenze, Volterra, Lucca etc. The people living/working at the farm are fantastic, very helpful and kind. The only... More

Borgo Poneta was an great choice for us as a family. The pool was down from the apartment so very refreshing and relaxing. We stayed at Borgo Poneta in July 2012. It was clean, beautiful and a relaxing time. Central for daytrips. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back.

We went to Borgo Poneta last week and we loved it very much. We searched hours and hours for the best place. Location: This place is central to Sienna, Firenza, Pisa and you can see San Gimignano out of the window like a fairytale. It is so quiet that you can hear your own blood pumping. There was also another... More

Had an absolutely fantastic time here October 2009. Unbelievable views. Great rates. Lorenzo and other host (son of owners? plays guitar) could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Huge adorable german Shepherd named Fabo and resident farm kittens kept us entertained! Wonderfully renovated apartments, ours had wood burning fireplace, full kitchen, laundry facilities on site, plus free welcoming bottle... More
