This Hotel is the best. Thats the only words i can think of to describe the wonderfull location, excellent staff and great rooms. I stayed here in september and the hotel was busy, but the staff always had time to have a chat or help recommend somewhere local to visit or eat. The rooms are clean and tidy, this hotel... More

Grana Barocco Art Hotel is IT! Enough have been said about the elegance and most central location of the hotel by previous reviewers, but you have to experience it yourself. Beautiful decorations, perfect location, good soundproofing, sumptuous breakfast. A stunning feature is the glass floor in the cellar where the breakfast is served. You can actually see stone elements of... More

Although we made the reservation only one day in advance, the front desk was extremely kind and accommodated us with a couple of choices. In April, of course, this was possible. The rooms are so elegant, while providing every convenience in the bathroom and sitting room. We had a small balcony looking right out on the main street. Closing the... More

A beautiful place, very friendly staff. I loved it. Very clean. I initially booked a single room, however when I saw it, it was very small. I asked for a larger room and the staff were very friendly in accommodating me (for a fee, naturally). The single room is very small (twin bed), so do spend a bit more and... More

Excellent boutique hotel in central Modica. Friendly, welcoming staff, great and unique rooms done in old Baroque style. A memorable and unexpected hotel experience. Great bathrooms, great air-conditioning, large rooms. A most enjoyable experience.

The building is genuine Sicilian baroque in need of some restoring. The hotel occupies only part of it, on the first (noble) floor, with a grand lobby and 3 rooms opening on it. The other two rooms are around a corridor, each one with its distinctive aristocratic character and matching furniture, all authentic period. However, everything is designed bearing in... More
