Large hotel complex quite a drive from Martina Franca and not that well signposted. Grounds are well maintained and picturesque but hard to find pool area. More suited for conferences or large tour groups. Outside bar area is very quaint with trulli houses and breakfast served in room near reception was fairly basic. Rooms are comfortable but also quite plain... More

The garish neon petrol station sign at the entrance is certainly a suitable statement for this masseria. We were shunted off to separate accommodation next to a huge gravel coach park. The hot water ran out after one short shower and then failed completely. The bathroom was in a terrible state of disrepair and water leaked over the floor. Lights... More

not easy to find on arrival, but that's half the fun of a driving holiday. The place was quiet at the end of their season but the staff were very friendly and attentive. The evening menu remained unchanged during our four nights, except for the fish course, but all food was good and with generous portions. Our room was huge,... More

We stayed for seven nights in this perfect corner of Italy, the Masseria was everything it claimed to be in the brochure and we were very lucky to get a corner 'turret' room. The room was huge and nicely furnished with shower bathroom although beware the shower does run to cool unexpectedly! The restaurant, very pretty and atmospherical in the... More

Masseria Chiancone Torricella is a very nice hotel in the middle of the countryside, in Martina Franca's area (10/15 min by car). A lot of space, a beautiful parc with farm animals (but you won't be disturb by them), a nice swimming pool and a good restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Service is good, especially at the restaurant where... More

We had a great stay at the Masseria Chiancone Torricella. The people are very nice - they really made us feel welcome! The room was good, enough space, nice bathroom. Very nice poolarea with good chairs and a place to eat lunch or have a dink. Breakfast was really good. A lot to chose from, even making your own fruitjuice... More

Very nice hotel but far from any village. Nice pool, nice food, nice people But the hotel is really far from urban life. Rather cheap for the category. Large enough not to be borrowed by the groups (tourists, weddings, etc)

We felt a little hoodwinked with this hotel. The reviews we read before hand were all very positive but that just was not the experience we had. The staff we not particularly welcoming. Granted we only got up for one of the day's breakfasts but quite honestly, I wish we hadn't as the food was pretty under average and dry.... More

I stayed here for several nights at the end of April with a small group on a a photography holiday. The whole property was spotless. Breakfast was buffet style and there was a good choice of cereals, continental meats/cheeses and cakes (Nutella tart for breakfast!). The coffee machine didn't offer long black Americanos but by getting a couple of shots... More

We stayed here with a party of 30 for our younger son's wedding. The venue is stunning and it exceeded all our expectations. From day 1 the staff were brilliant and couldn't have been more helpful. The food in the restaurant at both breakfast and dinner is first class and the wedding "breakfast" was exceptional. Would not hesitate to recommend... More
