We spent 3 nights here in mid-May and were very impressed with the facility - a restored trullo- and it's owner, Sig. Savito. The facilities are top-notch with a clean, comfortable, quiet and beautifully decorated spacious room, modern bath, and small kitchenette. Breakfast was generous for a B&B, far beyond a coffee and croissant, and included a variety of fresh... More

Il Sig. Franco is among the best B&B hosts because he is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, as well as interesting conversationalist. During our 9 nights stay, we benefited from his recommendations regarding sites to see, directions and restaurants. Their ‘’TRULLI’’ are spacious, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is scrumptious (homemade cakes, fresh fruits, and typical Italian delicatessen) You really feel like... More

This is a reasonable B&B a short walk from the centre of Martina Franca, where there are a number of excellent restaurants. The trulli house of the B&B is nice, but it is surrounded by high rise buildings. The reception hours are pretty inconvenient (the opening hours were around 9-12 and 4-8), we hadn't been informed arrived during the siesta... More

We stayed in the lovely trulli rooms for 2 nights in late September 2013. The b&b is certainly an oasis amongst the highrise apartments and the rooms are very cleverly situated on the site which means that it is not at all intrusive having these buildings as neighbours. There was plenty of space, it was very clean, beautifully decorated, has... More

This bed and breakfast is wonderful. The grounds are stylish and would not be out of place attached to a boutique hotel. We stayed in the Volta room which was spacious, comfortable and kept spotlessly clean for each of the seven days we stayed there. The breakfasts were ample with everything from prosciutto and mozzarella and fresh fruit to the... More

Centrally located within walking distance to the old city, the b&b has spacious and comfortable rooms. Breakfasts are ample and delicious; the staff is knowledgable and friendly however the owner speaks little English so be prepared to spend extra time communicating with him. If we visit Martina Franca again, we would hope to stay here.

Savito B&B could not be faulted. The room was spacious and in the tulli style. The decor was stylish. The room, the breakfast area and the grounds were spotless. The breakfast was wonderful with a large assortment of cereal, bread, pastries and freshly baked cakes. Franco was always at hand to answer any questions and ensure we had everything we... More

There is a wonderful surprise when you open the hand-crafted steel door of Savito B & B. In just a small amount of land, Franco has designed and built an extraordinary haven. With only four rooms, the time spent at the B & B is very serene and lovely. The rooms and bathrooms are stylishly decorated, with modern Italian elements.... More

We stayed for one night en route to Gallipoli from Bari Airport and we wished we'd booked in for two. The B & B building and grounds are beautifully and stylishly restored with at least one trulli room available. The website describes the rooms well. We were in MF in latish May and the weather was cool but I imagine... More

The Good: The proprietor, Franco, was terrific! Wonderful, personal customer service. The uniqueness of staying in a real trulli. The oasis of the lodging. Beautifully resort-like, yet surrounded by residential highrises. THE REFRESHING POOL! The breakfast was good and gluten-free friendly upon request. The Bad: It would have been quite a walk to the historical center of Martina Franca, so... More
