Cascina Incocco is simply a beautiful setting in the countryside above Arona Lago Maggiore. The rooms are to die for - spacious, luxurious and the beds are extremely comfortable. Marji and Fiorenzo and Raff are sublime hosts and have created a unique bed and breakfast that is a must see. Close to the motorway, it is a perfect base to... More

It was a wonderful experience for me. Thank you Firenzo, Maggie and Joe for a memorable three day experience in your Cascina. I can recommend every business person coming to Milano not to stay in Milano, but instead venture 40 minutes outside to this calm and beautiful place close to Lago Maggiore. You will need a car. But that is... More

A bit off the beaten track on a back road - you'll want a car - and be ready for some bumps. Marjie is Canadian and an excellent hostess. Comfortable, spotless room, terrific breakfast, fun dogs. They have horses and call it an Agriturismo but really a nice B & B with lots of space, places to enjoy the outdoors... More

Marjie and Fiorenzo are outstanding hosts. They shared their farm with our family, taking the children to see the animals and even letting them drive the digger! We felt most at home. Rooms are beautiful, breakfast in the old church was delicious and particularly lovely. I hope we can return one day - thanks Marjie

Marjie and Fiorenzo are perfect hosts who truly make you feel part of the family. We felt so welcome and comfortable here, having such a great space in the old barn at our use with a beautiful and serene scenery. We were traveling with our baby (10 months) and Marjie helped us so much accommodating to our special needs. Cascina... More

Cascina Incocco provides beauty, comfort and extraordinary hospitality. It is difficult to add to the previous glowing reviews because they have touched on all the special aspects of Cascina Incocco. So to repeat: a beautiful, peaceful setting, elegant, comfortable rooms with fantastic beds; delicious breakfast and hosts who are warm, friendly and extremely helpful.

All of the reviews are right on, this place is a keeper. Huge rooms, helpful and attentive hosts, great breakfast, quiet location, close to the sights of Lake Maggiore and Orta, the only thing I could complain about - and its not really a complaint - is the roughness of the drive. Margie, that's searching for something to be picky... More

What can I possibly add to all the excellent reviews below? First I would thank Margie and Fiorenze for the warm hospitality and welcome. Me and my spouse spend three nights in Cascina Incocco all by ourselves! we arrived late afternoon and a big note waited on the entrance to the main building saying where`s our room. We stayed on... Four of us stayed here for 3 nights in this lovely Italian country setting. The hosts were away for the first 2 nights but we were looked after so well by their friend Francesca and then met Marje and her husband on our last day and what lovely people they all were. The rooms are impeccable, lovely old building with... More

We spent a night at Cascina Incocco last week and wished we had more time to spend there. The room was beautiful and spacious - with tons of natural light. The bed was the most comfortable we have slept on. The bathroom was updated and spacious. Breakfast in the converted chapel was the best we had all trip - fresh... More
