My family and I stayed here for 2 days for a wedding. The service was phenomenal... They accomodate all of our very picky requests and always with a smile. Rooms are OK, however my wife and I are very picky with the cleanliness of the bathroom and I must admit this was not the best (not bad either). In general... more

Our four night residence here was more like joining an extended community and family house party than the conventional tourist hotel stay. When, during an excellent dinner in the new and very large dining room, Milan was seen, on the huge TV screen, to score the winning goal against Rome, the place erupted with a chorus of groans and imprecations... more

Stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our time there. Rome is a quick and inexpensive train ride away. All the staff are very friendly and as said before, treat you like family. Food was the best we experienced during our 3 week stay in Italy. more

If you are looking  for the feel of an authentic Italian atmosphere, this is  the perfect hotel! If you grew up with an Italian family like myself, it feels like a Sunday with all your family at the dinner table enjoying great food and wine.  Warm and friendly staff including the owners will make your vacation more memorable. more

From the minute you walk into the lobby of this lovely hotel, the warmth and hospitality you are greeted with makes you feel immediately at home. It is the perfect place to stay outside the hustle, bustle of Rome, offering a taste of "local living" in a village setting near a gorgeous, scenic lake and minutes walk from the train... more

We stayed at Hotel Massimino after booking another place in town which turned out to be terrible. After a recommendation from someone in the town we called and were given rooms in the beautiful newly developed part of the hotel. The owner was a great guy and helped give us (and print out) directions for wherever we wanted to go.... more

My husband and I spent (we are both Irhis) 4 great days in this hotel in July 2009. It took us a while to actually find the hotel despite our GPS! But when we finally did find it what a friendly welcome we got from the receptionist - a young man who spoke perfect English and who looked after us... more
