Domus Angularia has a amazing location and Antonio and Daniela have created a perfect chilled out place to stay not at all intrusive, the facilities are modern and well maintained and the view over the lake and the old town are to die for, the rates are very reasonable and I am very much looking forward to going back again... Domus Angularia is like an immersion into the charm and splendor of the real Italy. Not only because of the view and the location in an ancient lakeside town, but most of all the people. Daniela and Antonio will become your best friends at first handshake. The breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake, prepared by Daniela is worth the... More

Domus Angularia is in a fantastic location, high up in the old city overlooking the lake. Breakfast - eaten on the tiny terrace - is excellent. And, at 100 Euros per night for a family room, it's a reasonable budget option. The major weak point is that there is only one bathroom for the entire establishment; no separate loo; no... More

The other reviews pretty much cover this wonderful location. See 16 Sept 2013, 22 Sept 2013, and 11 July 2013. We stayed here 7 Sept 2013 through 9 Sept 2013. If you go to Rome take time out for a few days here. You will not regret it. Antonio can arrange for a car to pick you up at the... More

We stayed at the Domus Angularia because of the town's charm (evident on the "Everybody Loves Raymond" Italy episode) and its proximity to the airport in Rome, as we had a morning flight to catch. The B&B was wonderful -- perfectly situated just inside the Old Town gate, beautiful views of the lake from the balcony, a comfortable room, and... More

We stayed here for 5 days and enjoyed the experience. The rooms are lovely, breakfast is served on the terrace (weather permitting) which was nice, lovely croissants, lots of coffee. Our room looked over a Piazza, so you can watch life go by, the couple who run it are really helpful on where to go, where to eat etc, We... More

We stayed here at the beginning of July. It is in a prime location in the old town. Elevated about half way up the village. Breakfast on the balcony is great, very romantic with fantastic views over the lake. Antonio and Danielle are lovely. Antonio speaks enough English for him to explain things like where to eat, what buses or... More

By way of a surprise for my wife's birthday, I booked up a first time trip to Rome and as an added surprise a stay in the area where they filmed "Everybody loves Raymond" in Italy as we are both fans. Finding Domus Anguilaria was the cherry on the cake as together all the ingredients made for an amazing stay.... More

The best of this is that it has lovely hosts (the whole family), its a lovely old fashioned Italian Village, absolutely beautiful with a lovely scenic lake. The views from the Terrace are amazing. It was scorching hot whilst we were there and the lack of Air Con meant the fan was a bit insufficient. The other downside was the... More

We stayed at the Domus Anguilara B&B in late June and really loved it there. Not only was it in a perfect location with a lake view (we stayed in the green room) but Daniela and Antonio really went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Daniela prepared a delicious breakfast each morning for us where... More
