The timing may not have been optimal since we made this our first stop in Sorrento (9am) but fantastic fresh cheeses and wine for breakfast who's going to complain ?After they demonstrated the cheese making process the host escorted us to a gift shop of sorts that doubles as a drying room for the meats they also served that morning... More

Agriturismo Galatea is definitely a place worth visiting. We went to the farm while in Sorrento as part of a small school tour group. We drove up the hills of Sorrento and were warmly welcomed by one of the owners. To start off our visit, we were served four courses of delicious organic food sourced directly from the farm! We... We visited Agriturismo Galatea as part of a tour group. It is high in the hills above Sorrento. We thoroughly enjoyed the visit. The owners and staff are terrific. Our visit began with their locally made or grown hos d'oeuvres and their own wines while we were treated to a demonstration of cheese making (ricotta and mozzarella) with fresh milk... More
